John and his team did and excellent job on the garage foundation and I would highly recommend them to anyone and I would certainly use them again if I have a need. From start to finish, the entire process was very smooth. We had minor delays due to weather, but otherwise, everything went on schedule. I am very pleased with the results of the foundation. The crew was on site every day and stayed as long as necessary to get the job done. The foundation looks great.
I bought a house last August and quickly realized that the driveway had problems: too narrow an opening (8 feet) and too steep a rise at the beginning of it (all my friends’ cars were scraping bottom on it). I contracted Johnny Bustos of JFB Concrete and he came up with a plan and executed it very well. Johnny navigated the city’s permit process smoothly, and his crew demo’ed the old driveway and poured the new one, after waiting out a few inconvenient rainstorms. Now the driveway is a dream to drive on. I can recommend JFB for concrete work, especially anything requiring city permits.
I called JFB Concrete with questions about how to clean up my concrete garage floor. It had extensive stains from oil-based wood stain. He suggested I rent a concrete grinder from Home Depot. The grinder cost me $127 to rent and it took me two hours to complete a 3-car garage. I had received quotes from between $1500-$2400 to have the work done by other companies. 5-stars, highly recommended.
At the end of June 2017 we hired a contractor to clear an area of our property and to pour a foundation for our metal building we were building. Long story short that contractor took off with our half down payment of $ 10,000.00. He had only worked a total of 6 hours when he disappeared. Everyones nightmare of building! We found JFB Concrete Inc. and asked them to come quote the job in an attempt to find a new contractor. John came out the very next day, which was a Thursday, quoted the job. Only required 1/3 rd down and started on Monday morning bright and early. His team worked in what I called impossible heat temperatures but finished our foundation in the time that was promised. His whole team is very knowledgeable and most importantly trustworthy. Our foundation is solid as a rock and designed to last us a lifetime. John and his team were our saviors! John and his team took a stressful situation for me and my husband and turned it into our dream barn! We are forever grateful and will definitely hire him in the future!
