The Problem: A customer’s asphalt paving had become brittle and damaged from the constant use of forklifts. Whenever it rained, the condition of the surface made it difficult for them to safely supply their customers.
The Solution: We replaced the failing asphalt with a heavy-duty concrete pad designed to withstand frequent forklift traffic and the elements. The result is a stronger, more durable surface that can handle the demands of their operation, rain or shine.
The Problem: The home’s original entry walk was about 60 years old and had deteriorated over time. The owners wanted to improve the entrance without losing the character and charm of their 80-year-old home.
The Solution: We replaced the aging asphalt and concrete entry walk with a new custom concrete walkway designed to complement the home’s original style. The result brought the entry back to life while preserving the classic feel and character of the property.
The Problem: After the home’s foundation was lifted, moisture began coming through the concrete slab, making the lower level unlivable. Another contractor attempted to fix the problem with floor leveler, but without properly waterproofing the slab, the material began to flake and fail.
The Solution: We sealed the cracks and installed a waterproofing system designed to address the moisture problem at its source. We applied three coats to level and restore the existing slab, followed by two coats of sealer to protect the finished surface.
