We hired JFB to pour a 12×16 concrete pad for shed, a small 3×5 pad for garbage bins, and then a 5×20 ADA ramp with a 5×5 landing for wheelchair access to the house. The landing had 2 stairs and the shed had both a ramp for mower accessibility and a step to the door in the front. The pad also needed a retaining wall, about 1 foot high, to prevent water runoff entering the shed. We signed the contract on a Saturday, talked on Sunday, the team showed up on Monday morning and poured concrete on Tuesday.
